My opinion on the current state of the game

Before you say it, this isn't another rage post, at first it was going to be. But after thinking about it a lot, I decided it would be better to be calm and get the communities opinions on me, the game, the way it is headed etc.

Before we start I will give you guys my LoL backround. I started in 2012 If i remember right, and played on and off, got serious last year about it and started playing a lot more. I bought every champ and 1 skin for each of them(A lot of irl money) because I am on who enjoys looking cool.

I have been banned about 3 times and from the email received from The GM's If I get banned again it will be perm. I have been muted for 80 games about 5 times and am currently 30 games away from being unmuted. I do "rage" a lot on people. Not because I think they are bad, but because I do not understand some of the mistakes people make or why they do what they do. Some of the people are in fact bad yes. And then there are the trolls and/or afk'ers. When I get a troll, like I had my past game that set me over the edge I get extremely annoyed. He forced himself mid lane then went 3/16 or something along those lines, trying to surrender.

Things in the game that I believe need to be looked at

Muting players: When you mute someone you limit the amount of communication they have with the team, be it that sometimes that communication is insults, alot of the time it is general team communication. I find it really hard to direct an unexperienced team when i can only say 1 sentance per 5mins(or w.e it is) I think instead of the muting approach, there should just be a flat out ban, maybe not for 48 hours(As some offenses that require a mute but arent bad enough for a ban, 48 hours may be a bit much) But maybe for 12 hours. or 6 hours, just to give them time away. it usually calms them down(at least it does for me). Or instead of the ban ,make them not able to play ranked for a certain time. If you have above a certain report ratio, you are banned from ranked for X games.

Trolls/Afk'ers-They ruin ranked. Hands down they are a disease that needs to be handled better than it is. I do not think i am a plat or diamond level player, but I know I am above silver/bronze. I play with my diamond and plat friends, and a few golds, and I hold my own against them. and even beat them when I get the champs I like using. I have never fed or afk'd a game, I play it through. These players ruin the whole experience of the game. The worst part about it is, as time goes on, these players are around more and more. When I first started ranked and playing, they were non existent. Now Ill be lucky to get 1 game without one in it. I do not see punishments or hear of them being handed out for trolls and feeders.

What happened to implementing the role select system in ranked, that makes it so people get the roll they want. A lot of the trolls and feeders do it cuz they dont get their way. If anything, make the role select method in ranked, but make it so you can select multiple roles at once. Then you go into the room, ban process starts, and you select the champ you want. But to make it so people don't troll like....malz support or something. Have a set role each champ can play(Obviously each champ wont only have 1 role) but take the option out so someone cant play taric top(Cuz he obv isnt a viable one)

As time goes on there are more and more champs kits that break the game, each role has a champ that is far superior in normal situations(Obviously there are counters to each champ) but sometimes a champ is just that good. At this present time, Warwick is a dominant jungler, Akali and zed are top burst along with fizz etc. I think maybe there should be 2 bans total added to the pool. Im tired of seeing the same champs played over and over, how often do you see an eve nowadays. Yup she got gutted, but still remains a dominant jungler is used right.

I have never been above silver, and I do in fact blame that on trolls, afk's etc. I tested out of 10 games, 6 had a troll, or someone who fed. I consider feeding someone who just all around is dying non stop for the same reasons. they keep overextending and getting ganked, even after being told to hang back they ignore and do it anyways. Someone who just should not be playing ranked. There is a report button for unskilled player. Why is that there I wonder. Maybe if someone gets reported for being unskilled enough they should be banned from ranked for X amount of games too.

I also don't like being pushed into a lane cuz im last pick. I can't tell you how many games Ive played, and seen someone with a 10-15% win rate in that lane take it from me cuz they have a better pick. Idk if this happens in higher elo's cuz i have never been there. But it is ridiculous. All I hear is "Don't play ranked if you can't play all lanes" I'm sick of seeing that.

These are my thoughts, insult me, contribute, etc etc. Or even offer a word of advice on what I'm doing wrong. Thank you for reading.
