Udyr mains (Plat +), I'm looking for help/feedback!

So, I just played an extremely frustrating game as Udyr. It was incredibly hard to stick to anything, and we just didn't have enough to crack the opposing team. Their comp was ridiculously good at kiting/CC'ing, and keeping me away from anything on their team except for Tryn.

I'm curious what you guys would recommend in terms of a build. The only thing that I can think of was replacing my boots for Merc Treads. I initially bought Mobility boots because I had to keep a lot of pressure, because my bot and top were both losing.
