Pantheon needs love asap

Gotta give my Spartan alike friend some love for late game. He needs his e ti do more dmg laye in the game. It's strong in the first few lvls bet becomes so ineffective later on. His ult takes too long to charge, it needs to go back to what it was before the nerf.
