Regarding Runes.

As level 30, I own several tier one and tier two runes which are useless to me. Having these runes bothers me and I would like to get rid of them. However, I don't believe that there is a way to do this. Although possessing these runes does not really affect me, I think it would be nice to have the option to simply delete unwanted runes.
