Should PROJECT: Lucian splash art be decreased in brightness?

The colors on the skin PROJECT: Lucian are very high in contrast (too bright and flashy). This hurts my eyes every time I look. If Riot could decrease the contrast on the splash art for the skin to the level of other skins it would be great.
