@RIOT| When you all redo skin art with little easter eggs in them what happens to the easter eggs?

For example the creature which resembles Aatrox in Jax's skin art. Would he be added to the new art or removed? I'm kind of curious because these easter eggs are a large part of why I like those skin arts especially.
