Nasus is my main toplaner and that asshole obliterates me every single time.
You seem fed, but have a very low amount of assists. Did you roam to struggling lanes and help them out?
Also, you have three deaths but that blue Ezreal/Corki (not sure who was in the midlane, but I think it was Corki) has 7 kills and 10 deaths and the other has 1 kill and 9 assists. Since your jungler has only four deaths, it wasn't because of failed ganks. It was because he was helping his team out, wasn't he?

Yeah, that's not something to blame your team for. If you voted yes for that surrender, then I have no pity for you.

The other team has 22 kills and 46 assists. Your team had 19 kills and only 16 assists.
It seems like they were getting a lot of 3v1 or 3v1 fights and your team wasn't working together at all. Your 12/3/3 looks a lot less impressive when you consider that 3 members of the other team were involved in more kills than you thanks to the number of assists they had.
