Am I really that awful and toxic of a player that I deserve a permaban after 5 years? I don't know anyone who thinks I deserve a ban considering the amount of abuse I would receive in every game I played. I can understand permanently taking my chat away since after playing 5000 + games where every 50 games~ of being abused in a row I snapped back at trolls and flamers but I have never intentionally fed or afked in 5 years.

I really did try my best to stop responding to other players and a lot of people said I improved greatly but I can't imagine I'm the type of player you intend to remove from the game forever. It seems crazy to me that my permaban was reviewed for a total of 5 minutes before I received it when I have played for 5 years. I submitted a ticket asking how many people and for how long does a permaban get reviewed for? I also asked if my account could be reconsidered for review after a 1 month time period and it was marked as solved and i never received a response. I'm not saying I'm innocent I clearly broke the rules by responding to players who troll and flame but the rules were not enforced on this level for over 4 years and only recently(past 4 months or so) has there been a noticeable reduction in abusive and trolly players.

Is there any chance of my account being reconsidered for review or am I really that awful that riot decided I can't reform and don't deserve to play?

They don't generally revert punishments unless you were not toxic at all. There isn't really a review process. The only example I've seen of a player getting a punishment removed was of a player that frequently trash talked himself but never anyone else. You can always make a new account or go play something else. /shrug

How many times have you been punished before?

Punishment escelation is now 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban, perma ban.

You don't have to be racist or slinging death threats to get permabanned.

If you think its a mistake you can submit a support ticket to have it review but based on your description that doesn't seem to be the case.

Did you get chat logs? If you can post it, that might help us get an idea of why the ban came down.
