Champion Board and Mastery

Hello everyone ! I just thought that mastery was a good way to make people play more of their main champs and improve games' quality! What about improving it a little more by making it more fancy.. It would be nice if the champ portrait had animation and some kind of different border for the hud if you achieve a good mastery in a champion! Just an idea i wanted to share!
