Why do we only ban profanity?

The only way to get a comment deleted/get a suspension, is if you use some sort of profanity, such a fuck, btch etc.

But there are way worst ways to insult people, I mean I've gotten harassed by people when they see the (NA) right to my name, even if I explain to them that I play here because the server (and it's players, believe it or not) are better than LAN servers, plus it helps my English.

But I start using profanity I get my comment deleted. That hardly seems fair.
