Gragas fun?

I don't usually pick my champions based off how OP they are, but more or less how "Fun" they are/can be.

Gragas has always been a favorite when a teammate picks him. So maybe?

I don't have enough for him yet.. I guess I should wait till he comes on FR to try him out.
