LAG AND PING SPIKES!!!

lately there have bin complaints about lag and ping spikes its bin happening to me alot. my ping slowly gets higher and higher then it spikes and im at the attempting to reconnect screen so then i disconnect and reconnect sometimes it lets me reconnect other times it takes we to a you can not connect screen but if i do connect ill only be there for 60 seconds befor i crash again and when u are at the attempting to reconnect screen the ping is stuck at 500 every time this happens in a game it gets worse and worse plus i even got banned 2 times from disconnecting and reconnecting to many times so... RIOT FIX THIS!!! pls
