LCS & Public Community servers should receive separate buffs/nerfs

Ok, what the hell is up with the nerf by giving him higher cooldowns on his ult?

When it comes to game-changers, there are few out there as impactful as The Equalizer - assuming you’re not just using it on a minion wave, knowing it’ll be off cooldown for a big fight anyways.

Yea, that's just 100% LCS, wtf does that have to do with us??

I never saw the dude for about a month, and he gets a nerf because LCS does him better.

is cool & all, and Im glad she has seen some cool spotlights in the LCS. Again, she is still very suckish in all of my games, and still receives nerfs.

To high elos, correct me if Im wrong, but are champs like Rumble & Elise seen good & common plays at your side? If they're not, then I can see that both ours & LCS servers should not receive the same treatment. If LCS teams plays them well & better, then fine, nerf them to balance LCS, but don't bring that treatment to us too.
