chat for ranked games idea

i just started playing again and was thinking of a way to improve ranked games and could even be used for normal matches but less likely imo a chat system such as for example call of duty u go into a lobby(aka game) and you can chat with just your team something riot could add in i feel this would help most in ranked games cummincation wise and players have a kind of ranking system and can be reported for being rude and stuff and can be penalized for it i would like to see if other like this idea or no
