Leaver Buster System

I queue up for a game and in the loading screen my dog runs away. I come back to see I have to wait in a 20 minute queue before I can queue. I queue up for this 20 minute queue and the queue pops and bugs out... Basically the queue popped and it instantly went away as if I clicked decline. Now I have to wait in another 20 minute queue. League of Legends, the game where you have to wait 40+ minutes just to play a game. I don't think this game is for me. Thank God its summer break, cya nerds.
