decided to get rid of the "players who received a 2 week ban during this season will not receive awards"

I haven't received a ban since February and a chat restrictions since April.

I was a little upset before because I went 5 months without any sort of punishment for toxicity, and wouldn't be receiving rewards. but I was so happy when i saw this.
