Can there be more utility items in this game?

I have recently lost 19 LP, and 25 LP right after because of simultaneous Afker's. My request is that there should be more utility items to help cope with an Afk, and i wish for these utility items to be somewhat appealing to use. I personally love building zz'rot portals and banner of commands, even in 5 v 5's but in a situation where it is indeed a 4 v 5, nobody is willing to build these items even though they make a drastic difference in a 4 v 5 situation. I hope that in the future, there will be more utility items that can help in 4 v 5 games, or at least just some new utility items in general for us to build. I hope there are still some people that like to build items that arent strictly just DAMAGE DAMAGE and MORE DAMAGE. Just an idea.
