Reposting things that didn't gain traction?

@moderators or anyone else that knows:

If you post something and it doesn't gain a lot of views or doesn't lead to any discussion, is it okay to repost the material to try to get feedback? I'm not saying I want to spam things, but if I post something that has no comments and gets like 30 views, are people going to flame me for repost?

What about something directed at Riot? Say I'm interested in the future of on-hit items for instance. Is it okay to repost an @Riot @Meddler say once every 2 weeks or so? I mean I don't even know if the guy saw it in the first place.

For what it's worth, I love reworking things and proposing ideas. I'm not claiming that they are great ideas, but I like to see what people have to say.

I would say to give it a few days-a week before reposting, but reposting things is perfectly alright. Now, if it's something that got removed because it was posted in the wrong board, that would be worth reposting in the right board immediately when you find out to try to get some views.

As for things that you want Riot to see, the only thing you can do to ensure that those get seen is to go onto the Ask Riot pages or the Dev Corner, pick a post, and comment your question. Even if it isn't related to the post, it may still be answered there. Putting "@Riot" or "@(insert dev name here)" doesn't really do anything. If a post gets over 50 upvotes, a Rioter may comment on it, but it's no guarantee, and they ignore any post that got less than 50 upvotes.

If you're reposting for discussion, wait a few days and nobody will really care; they'll probably even have forgotten. If you're looking for an answer from Riot, Ask Riot posts allow you to submit a question and you can also ask it by commenting on something in the Dev Corner or any other Riot official post. However, posting it as a discussion does literally nothing to help you unless you can get 50+ upvotes on it.

To be honest most people won't notice, but if they do they may be a little grumbly about it.
