Banned for no apparent reason

I have been playing league pretty regularly the last few days, and last night after losing a ranked game I recieved a message that I had been banned until August 13, 2015. I was not given any real reasoning behind the ban, no information was sent with the email other than the end of my ban and that is was for breaking the summoner code, which I've taken the time to read. This is the very first time I have been banned and its a 10 day ban. Weirdest thing, the last few days Ive been playing ranked with a buddy of mine and he wasn't banned. I feel like this ban is mistaken or not necessary as I am usually the guy trying to encourage my team to play and not rage, and as of recent I rarely chat in game because Tm talking with my duo. There are also no changes in my game play or anything of the sort, I consistently play from my desktop at my house it rarely moves. Please Rito, change your mistake, or at least give me some more insight as to what and why I was banned. Ive posted this a few times apparently in the wrong subsection so I will post it here in hopes that someone sees it and can look into this for me.

I JUST WANT TO PLAY LEAGUE!

I am his duo partner, I am literally playing 3 feet from him. There was no logical explanation for the ban besides being an error. Please fix it Riot, I need my duo partner back! P.s. This was our only day off this week. GG

Edit: We put a ticket in already, just seeing if this may yield better results than an automated message.

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2015 Season rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2015 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2016 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

I'm still not getting anywhere with this request I'm not giving up season rewards that I earned I got so silver...its not like I'm sitting in plat. O duoed with a friend from bronze 3 to silver 3 in about two weeks, and he moved up to silver 5 before I was banned. The only response I am getting is to prove I'm not boosting. Anyone know how to do this?
