WTF league

I am very dissatisfied with the whole ranked system in league, i have become a very skilled player throughout endless nights of leaguing but no matter how hard i try i can't move up on the ranks, every game i get stuck with an intentional feeder, or someone playing a champ for the first time, or just a troll (and i dont mean trundle). Every lost game seems to be because of my teammates and there isn't anything that i could have done differently to change that, it's unfair to players to suffer in ranked limbo because of unskilled players.
