Champion Select

Players who choose not to co-operate (spamming, silence, overlap with other champs) with teammates during champ select have no way to be punished. People who actually want a good game and decide to dodge the queue are punished. Players should get a pass similar to the aram reroll... every ten games you can pass on a lobby if you feel that your teammates do not want to cooperate or something like that.

Regularly using report and honor marks really does nothing for the quality of the people I am usually paired with. Quite annoying.
