Reported for the Worst Reason

I'm human. I tend to rage at teammates or myself, and I know everyone who has ever played a video game has done the same. I'm trying my best to reduce my toxic behavior, but games like these are where I really lose it. This game I was practicing my Jinx skills. I've been on tilt for quite a bit in ranked, so I decided to take a break and return to normals. I got a who didn't ward jungle objectives, didn't show any presence in any lane whatsoever, and built terribly. When I told him about his mistakes he got offended and reported me for verbal abuse. There have been times when I have gotten out of hand and jumped down someone's throat about them being bad, and deserved the report, this wasn't one of those times. I'm sorry you don't want to hear advice, but that is no reason to report me especially on the grounds of verbal abuse. Am I saying that had he done his job correctly we would have won? No. Everyone else lost lane, myself included, granted I do believe if I had a ganking jungler like the enemy team did, I believe I could have won my lane at least.
