I request an acquittal/review

I request a review of the PvP match (using Sona, achieved a D-) and i was in need of my friend who experienced an emergency, the other players of my team were informed of this and i request that an investigation or an acquittal of my current punishment and that it be hereby further removed unless i truely showed poor Summoner activity, my friend however is fine (in case it is wondered) so if i could have this forwarded to the support team of LOL and PVP.net, that would be quite helpful, Thank you, Nico (DashRaptor90)
