Is there some new botlane meta memo that i wasnt informed about

For two straight games, the enemy jungler and adc, sup will wait like 10 seconds after getting thier blue /red buff and just gank bot together.... Now id understand if they failed to invade or something like that but come on now this looks way to planned to be out of the blue that bot lanes are doing.. What youtuber did this or what lcs team did this >.>
