Ranked Resstrictions

Hey i got a ranked restriction just hours ago for absolutly no reason,i played only 2 ranked games and i won both,didnt flame,rage or any of that stuff and for some reason the day after i got the ban,no one reported me.I dont know if either this is a bug or just riot not letting me to climb thru the ladder.
