RP Rewards

Purchasing RP is a common thing that us summoners do to support and glorify our experience with the game League of Legends, but how cool would it be if we could be rewarded for a certain amount of money spent on RP. For example every $100 spent on RP you would be rewarded with a non-purchasable skin. My thought would be a gold skin. There would be a selection of champions rather than a specific skin per RP spent.(If this would be added to the game it would give summoners more of an objective to spend a certain amount of RP) I would also like to say that if this is added it should take into account how much you have spent on the game in the purchase history menu and all purchases of RP from before this would be added would count because there are many people out there who have already spent so much money and time on Riot that they should get recognized as well. Please take this into consideration
