Change Summoner Icon -- In Match Making

It would be great to be able to change your summoner icon during match making.

Players have different sets of costumes and play as characters from many costume sets. It would be great if a player could change their summoner icon after they selected who they wanted to play as!

I envision this being similar to selecting a ward skin...
