@Meddler I know you're busy, but I have a Meddler-related question

What exactly are the qualifications to becoming a game designer at Riot? I know it sounds a bit weird, but I wanna work (or at least intern) at Riot in a few years, so if you can help me I'd be grateful. It's a not a school project, more like me just trying to figure out some stuff about my dream job. So, if you have time:

1. What are the qualifications required to work as a game designer at Riot? Like a degree, experience, etc
2. Internships: I know there's some info on the main Riot website about this, but how do I "prepare" for the internship? It's like #1 except just for being able to intern, not for the job itself.
3. Do you have to move to L.A to work as a game designer/would it be better if I moved, or can you work at another location (In this case Riot's New York office)
4. How often do you and other designers convene for meetings? And pardon me for saying this, but are they somewhat carefree? I understand it's stressful sometimes when you're a game designer, but if meetings were upbeat that would seemingly make things better for everyone.
5. I know the answer to this, but do you enjoy controlling the lives of millions of children through the meta? :P I may not be here when you respond to this, so I'll say it right now: Thanks, and I look forward to the day I pour coffee on you. :D
