Toxic/Troll Players, it happens to us all.

We've all had games where they put us on tilt, and we're pretty annoyed or upset about a throw or bad teammates. So what do we do afterwards? We queue back up hoping for a different result. I know I have gotten a lot of teammates who troll because they are tilted from a losing streak or just had a bad game they felt like they should have won. I think we need a new report option that allows us to identify "tilted" players. If after a game, somebody was trolling because they're tilted, 5 reports of "Tilted" would make that person go on a 510 minute cooldown from queueing up again and dragging that poor game or string of games into the next one. If you get reported for being tilted more often in a day, the next 5 reports or so would put you on a 1015 minute cooldown, etc until reaching the point of a ban. This would give people the opportunity to breath, and it would also make people who are consistently getting put on "Tilt" on a future ban list. Let's say this troll player has been ruining peoples matches all night, well when he has to wait 5 minutes or longer between games, I doubt it would be nearly as enjoyable to them. If they waste our time, Riot should waste theirs. Would this system work without abuse? Because I think Toxic players spawn from previous matches carrying into the next match.
