Possible Teemo AA Bug

While using Teemo's Omega Squad skin (I have not confirmed if this occurs on other skins) teemo at least SEEMS to sometimes fail to autoattack in line with animation and sound. I have had a problem attacking a minion for last hit, see him do the ani for firing the dart, hear him launch, begin to move back, and realize I never attacked.

Side note, on small targets (like Yorick's minions or Hiem's turrets) I have had issues selecting them as attack targets. They will be 'highlighted' to show they are selected, but rather than attack I will walk toward them (which seems to not work well)
