Link between Summoner Icon and Profile banner (Ultimate skins)

Yo,

This has been bugging me for a while now, while I'm sure I'm in the minority here I'd like to bring it up anyways. When one attains an Ultimate skin either from buying it or getting RNGesus to bless you with Mystery Skin, you get this really cool profile banner to replace the Old man with the orb. As someone who has played for quite a few years, I've come to detest seeing that Old man and thus always have one of the Godyr or Sona one icons on, but with so many cool icons past and present being limited to the 7 that come with the skin unless I want the Old man to creep on my profile again. :P

Would it be possible to de-link the summoner icon and banner and add an extra function to switch the banner on the client?
