Ekko, the new champion, where is he? I see Youtube videos everywhere about him, and i'm really into his abilities. So where is he? i cry erra tim.

He's not in the actual game yet, he's on the PBE (Public Beta Environment) which is a place where newish stuff goes to be tested. But he will be going into the actual game pretty soon.
