Riot Refusal to Acknowledge FPS problem?

....Getting sick of it. I have an Fx-8350 Gtx980 32gigs of ram.. SSD... After the past few updates i have been getting lower and lower FPS i went from over 300 to 150 now i am getting just 80 with dips below 60. I contacted the Support ticket and got the same crap they tell everyone. ITS WINDOWS 10 Disable this and that which i have done already and it does nothing to help me at all. They keep feeding us this crap and its getting to the point to where i can enjoy the game at this point. I reset my PC and it STILL RUNS AT THE 80FPS sometimes 100 but dips way to much.. We need to get a Thread going with a shit ton of comments so they can fix this already OBVI its not windows its the laziness of the devs and which they keep saying its windows and its annoying why even go to the support ticket if youre going to feed me the same crap you feed everyone else. Just suxs man that how this game went from being the best to being the worst to run sometimes. Also yes i have the client closed when in-game so no its not that. FIX UR SHIT RIOT PLZZZ

I know it's a real problem and I'm not discounting that fact, but...

You guys DO know that if you have a 60Hz refresh rate monitor, any FPS beyond that number literally means nothing, right? It's why you have FPS cap options in the game that are set to common monitor refresh rates.

If your refresh rate is 60Hz, it doesn't matter if you can get over 9000 FPS, because those frames being generated are literally wasted. You're just wasting processing power, slowing your PC down, and heating your GPU for nothing... because your monitor is your bottleneck, as it can only receive 60 frames per second.

Again, this changes with refresh rate. If you opted for a 144Hz monitor, your bottleneck is higher, at 144 FPS.

COMPLETELY AGREE, Mine went from 250 FPS to 45 FPS! ONLY IN LEAGUE WHILE I can run other MOBA's on the highest settings perfectly perfect with 200 FPS, This only happened after the NEW CLIENT kicked the old Legacy Client out.

Mine dropped from 120(capped) to ~40-30. From what I've tried and observed, I can confidently say that it's not a user-end issue for me. Unplayable.

yeah, normally I play on 10-20 fps, but then i actually decided to lower the quality, it went up to 40, then the next day i play a game and my fps is down to 8!

I know, I will get like 60 fps when playing dark souls in really graphically intense areas but when I play league I rarely rise about 50...

Just sad that we get that shitty FPS guide which is just common sense guide. What people dont seem to see is this is WIDESPREAD problem. After every patch from 7.0 to now my FPS has been dropping slowly i went from 300-200 180-150 now i am at 100 with drops all the way to 40. i reset my PC i change Power setting i change NVIDIA settings to have my card run at its peak as well

welcome to the real world, kid. If only a smaller number of people are complaining, they don't care. They only care about where the $$$ is. That means taking small losses if it nets them a profit in the end.

Look, Riot arn't acknowledgin your BS, because that's your computer problem and not riot's

And you really don't need to be hitting 300 fps, 150 fps is more than surfice, considering the game is built to be able to run at 30 fps, and at a MAX off 60 fps all your doing is demanding your computer to break animation's down further FOR STUPIDTY and fo the sake off it

You don't need 300FPS, if you got 150, Be happy with that you dumb arse rich %%%%% with too much money

You really don't need those ram spec's cause I can gurantee your using less than 1/3 off it

UPDATE: SO i opened a ticket 3 days ago. THe tech had me run FURMark and HW Monitor. I sent him the info and is shows my GPU and CPU are BOTH running just fine no bottle neck. So he tells me to play on lower settings?? LIKE WTF why would i do that? My build is capable of running this game in 4k if i wanted it to. He keeps asking me for LOGS which i sent TWICE of my most updated games and everything. Then he blames it on NVIDA control panel.. It feels like to me they have no idea wtf is going on and its getting annoying ASF

UPDATE:2- So now hes saying i maybe running the game in 4k -.- Like really lol i dont even own a 4k screen why would i want to run LOL in 4k anyways they have NO IDEA WTF THE PROBLEM IS. Its not my hardware

UPDATE:3 SO i sent the LOGS and he still does not see anything now he wants me to run CCleaner which i already have on my PC. These Lazy @RIOTTECHS AND @RIOTADMINS ARE JUST BUMMING OFF THE MONEY AND DOING NOTHING TO FIX THESE DAMN PROBLEMS JUST SOME SHITTY FPS GUIDE WHICH ANYONE CAN DO BY HAVING COMMONSENSE

Oh and I thought I was the only one experiencing such FPS drops. I used to get constant 60 FPS on worst graphics on my toaster pc. Since the latest patch it takes longer to load the game and FPS sometimes drop to 15 and lower randomly. I didn't change anything with my computer, I didn't download or install any games, better yet, nothing at all.

Update 5- So now after i proved that my hardware was in tip=top SHAPE no bottle necks no heating problems but yet the RIOT tech team seem to still speak out of their asses

It's also not a systemic issue with the game/client. I pull a stable 140-144 fps. My setup? i5 2500k, 16 GB RAM, 970 4GB.

Edit: Unless maybe it's an AMD-related thing?
