can people in this game behave like adults?

My ADC: gank bot gank bot gank bot if you gank I kill 100% (he's 0-3). Me: enemy team has 3 globals, wait for me and mid to come, play safe. My ADC flashes into enemy tower and dies instantly. 0-4. "omg scrub jg, scrub mid." Mid: "just play safe and farm" ADC: "whatever you do what you want. muted." Now goes top while top is still in laning phase and feeds top.
