New Game Mode: HELL ON RIFT

Based on a RNG, several times during the game everyone on both team turns into Teemo, for 60 seconds. You'll have all of Teemo's abilities for 60 seconds (based on the level you are at) but your build will not change and all stats are based on your runes, masteries and itemization. Shrooms stay active their normal duration time after you turn back into your actual champion.
