Reporting Players

It may have been posted somewhere else, however is their a way to see if the people that you have reported for various things ever receives any type of punishment?

I tend to find the worst player behaviors in ranked (bronze 1; bad I know). In a ranked match I would have thought the behaviors would have been even better then in Normal/Team Builder. By behaviors I mean trash talking teammates/other team and even intentionally going afk. It would be nice to have a system that would tell you that by you taking the time to report these issues Riot is taking a look at these individuals. Perhaps there is a system and I simply am ignorant of it. Any help would be appreciated!
