Heimy Turret Range

It seems to me that no matter what champ I face as Heimy, they can kill my turrets outside the turrets range, idk, to me that seems unfair cause the turrets are heimys main offensive tool and if they cant atleast be on par range like zyras plants are, well then that sucks
