Dynamic Queue was supposed to prevent trolls (Kind of)

I really like dynamic queue, being able to choose two rolls I like instead of blindly going in and hoping to get one of them. With this people can't "pick order" you in chat. If you queue mid and top, you are guaranteed one of them. Well this doesn't stop some people, for example... the game I just played I was mid, the person who is support locks in teemo and says "I'm going top, I'm a diamond 1 smurf and i'm going to carry you noobs". The person who was supposed to be top is alright with this apparently and goes support. The teemo gets in game, and proceeds to feed, and feed hard. I'm 5/0 in my lane, and i'm getting blamed for not calling mia on the jungle... Now I understand it happens from time to time, everyone gets trolled or has a bad game. But I have lost 15 out of my last 20 ranked games, a couple I didn't play the best, but a majority of those 15 were someone intentionally feeding and afking or just flat out trolling, even to the point where they lock in and just don't play and get leaver bustered. I don't want to get demoted again. (went from Silver 2 to 4 in 2 days). I'm not saying I deserve to be Diamond, but I think I could be high gold or low plat if it weren't for the consecutive trolls and rudeness. It even happens when I play with friends, if we don't play adc and jungle then we lose, and it gets old when you're a mid main and have to play jungle or bottom.
