Make Sweetheart Annie more like the splash

Sorry not sure where exactly this would go in the new boards so I'm posting it here. I fell in love with the Sweetheart Annie skin splash art. I finally actually seen it in game the other day, and was very disappointed. In the splash art she has very light blond hair which matches the outfit and Tibbers very well. However in game her hair is pretty much pure white, and it doesn't match anything it's the only part on her and Tibbers that is white. Why was this done, and does anyone else feel like they should have also made it light blond in game?
