Skin Chart for all champs: Number, quality, and date/name of newest released skins.

I've been working on this for the past few days, and I finally finished it (I was only working on it during loading screens in League). Anyways, this is a list of all champs with the number of the skins they have.

Included for every champ:

• Number of Total Skins
• Date of Newest Skin
• Name of Newest Skin
• The Number of Quality Skins (No particles, new particles, new particles AND full voice-over)

I will keep this up to date as much as possible! You can use this to find out who you think needs a new skin at the moment, check how many skins a champ has, or just see why a certain a champion has so many high quality skins.

It would be highly appreciated if you could assist me with the chart though. Some of the champions might have skins in different tiers, but I wasn't very sure on where to put them. Examples would be: Teemo, Gragas, and Shaco. Most of their skins change something, such as Teemo's shrooms in every skin, Gragas's barrel in every skin, and all of Shaco's boxes. If you think something should be changed, let me know, and I'll get to fixing it.

Also, if anyone sees any mistakes here, comment below. I most likely have some errors, the list isn't perfect.
