Re-enable Atma's in Custom Games

Nobody built it, sure, but I BUILT IT WHEN I DID CUSTOM GAMES WITH SION! It was fun to have 600 AD with only one item and be free to build with supreme slot-efficiency. What's awful is that I go up against Trundle bot and for some reason HE'S allowed to get Atma's when he's hardly even stacking HP.

I need my infinite-scaling, even if it'll never be useful in a real game. It's fun to do god mode battles between 100000 HP Sion and 10000 souls Thresh
