Attention: Mordekaiser has now gone the longest without receiving a skin

Since Zilean has received a new skin on the PBE, Mordekaiser has now gone the longest without a skin. His last one was in May of 2011, and since then, he has been slightly forgotten. I'm not forgetting about Dark Crusader Mordekaiser! That WAS a skin, but got scrapped.

I know most of you would say that he needs a VU before a new skin, but please remember that Riot was able to make skins for "atrocities" (as in bad models/rigs) for Eveylnn, Morgana, and even Zilean. If skins can be made for them, why not Mordekaiser? He's been waiting for almost 4 years now, I think he's ready. Even Ziggs, who already has many HIGH quality skins is getting a new one on the PBE right now. While I'm not saying I dislike the skin, I actually love the whole "Mage" Ziggs, but as of now, he already has great skins. Pool Party, Mad Scientist, SnowDay, and then the new Archanist Ziggs!

Before anyone mentions Yorick, Zac, or whoever else, I KNOW that they need skins too, but as of now, Morde has gone the longest without one. That's my whole point here (and to get him a new skin... but sh)!
