Ranked Teams Disabled already?
I've probably missed something, but why is ranked 5v5 going on and off all the time? How are you supposed to climb when it's only there once every week or so?

It's designed this way for queue times.
If it was on all the time, you wouldn't always be able to find a fair match in a decent amount of time because there are so few teams.
It gets turned on during high activity periods and turned off every other time to optimize queue times between the two of them. Otherwise, you might have to spend so much time waiting for a ranked team to fight that the fight either won't be fair or you won't find a fight in a reasonable amount of time.
