Can we know?

Hello my name is Charles Covarrubias I'm 17 I've been playing league since the end of S1 i was never a guy that got into ranked i just played by my self in normals. I didn't really get into the game till late S3 where i started playing again, i met some people and started playing some league more. But until today i was not harassed in ranked ( witch i started playing in s4) i mean i got harassed to the point where i was crying I'm not scared to admit it and all i do is report these guys but how do we know if anything happen to these so called Salty people . I don't get a email saying so and so got a warning or banned nothing were left in the dark so all am asking for is at least a way to were i know something happened to people like that i know i might get some mean comments for writing this but i just need to know thank you
