How can i get more IP and RP on PBE

On my PBE account i only have about 200 RP and 1000 IP (On my brother's and friend's account they all have about a million IP and RP). Yea skins and champions are only 1 IP; but things like ward skins, some summoner icons, chests and keys, some skins, Rune pages, Runes cost the regular amount as in live servers and i can't buy those things unless i save up IP or i just cant buy them.
