Data for Excel Spreadsheets

Anyone know if there is a way to import champion stat data into Excel?

I'm trying to compare AD vs APen runes on a per-champion basis - for example, in lvl 1 Ashe vs Ashe with a 21/0/0 typical AA ADC tree (minus the defenses) and with flat armor seals and AD/APen marks/quints, if my math is right I have AD with the least amount of hits necessary to kill Ashe

Total hits for AD 9.475923845

Total hits for APen 10.3767692

But I would like to extend this through all ADCs without gathering and entering all the data by hand. Also, are there any "hard" (meaning from riot themselves) resources available for how the game calculates EHP, etc?
