Good Team Speak Ideas (hopefully)

what if the game started with all player muted and you can choose whom to speak and they will get a request that you want to speak to them and if they accept you can talk.

like you can talk to them in chat and if both of you agree to talk to each other then you just send some kind of request in the loading screen of in game and if they or he/she agrees you both can start talking. seems nice to me but I didn't about it long enough to find a way to exploit this.

or atleast we can talk to premades who are in our friend list (sorry for my bad English)
