Auto- CR'd because of premades AGAIN

So, I joined into a game with a premade set of kids (who opened up with "stupid %%%t go mid" (sic), which continued the ENTIRE GAME), who decided, against the rest of the groups asking, to go Riven/Fiddlesticks bot, fed their asses off, continued with "%%%t" and "fkcr" the entire game, to the point even the enemy team told them to stop whining and play, and laughed when they said they were carrying. Suddenly, I'm stuck with a CR, because I talk with the enemy team. This has kept happening ever since Riot took down Tribunal, was made worse when I came back from a four month break, suddenly gone from Silver to playing with smiteless jungle annie, and now, much as I love the IP multiplier IDEA, every game I've been in has been filled to the brim with this, and as usual, I'm getting punished. Riot, I know you long stopped caring about us, or so I'm guessing from Opeli's god awful attitude to the fans, and her utter LACK of any kind of retribution, but can you stop trying to make money for a day or two to put tribunal back up, or at least fix your god awful auto system?
