Can we have a "Skins Owned" tab?

Either directly in the store, or in a tab under the summoner profile. Its no fun to install and access elophant to get something so simple done with a third party software. That should be possible client side in my opinion. Just in case you don't quite know what i mean look at this: http://www.elophant.com/league-of-legends/summoner/na/25880178/skins

I think the client should have a tab to list your skins just like that!
