His Passive on his Ultimate is very annoying and counter productive to support. His passive can steal kills, steal cs from the adc and even more annoyingly pull aggro. Majority of the time I get Boots of mobility and so do many other people on Blitz for roaming purposes. However, every time you go into the jungle to ward or run by any jungle or minions your lightning pulls aggro on to you which affects your Boots of mobility slowing you down which can get you killed or keep you from catching someone.

Many times when I'm trying to hide in jungle and make a grab over a wall my passive will hit a jungle camp, slowing me down and then enemy will jump on me with a jungle camp on me and it's very annoying. Even when simple going to ward drag or Baron I pull aggro.

Couple games ago I went check for ward in baron pit and revealed a ward, went to take it down and my passive hit baron and I had to run out cause I was half health.

The passive needs to be changed to something else or taking out..
